How to read these terms

This page explains what you can expect from the Fireaway Croydon website and what we ask from you in return. It covers browsing, enquiries, and how fireaway pizza information is presented online.

The shop serves fast-fired pizza for delivery and collection from 142 High Street, Croydon. If anything here is unclear, call the shop before you rely on it.

Use of the site

The site is provided for information about Fireaway Croydon, its menu, and its delivery and collection options. You are welcome to browse opening hours, read about our dough and fire oven, check menu choices, and send an enquiry through the contact page.

You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use automated tools to scrape content at volume. In practice this means no attempts to disrupt the site, probe private areas, copy the menu database in bulk, or resend forms repeatedly.

If you notice a broken link or an error on a fireaway page, let us know through the contact details below so we can correct it for other visitors.

Website content

Menu items, availability, opening hours and delivery coverage can change. Content on the site is provided for general information and may not reflect the exact position at the moment you read it.

Dough runs out on busy evenings, seasonal toppings rotate, and delivery coverage can shift with staffing and weather. The site is updated regularly, but the counter in Croydon is the final source. For confirmation of anything time-sensitive, contact the shop directly on +44 20 8680 1234 during opening hours, Mon–Sun 11:00–23:00.

A clear boundary

An enquiry on this site is not an order. An order is only confirmed where you pay or book it.

That distinction protects both sides. You can ask about allergens, large collection orders, or opening times through the website, then confirm price and timing when you order by phone or through the ordering platform you choose.

Orders and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry form does not create an order and does not reserve any product. Orders are only formed through the ordering process you use, whether online or by phone. Prices, availability and delivery eligibility are confirmed at that point, not on this website.

Enquiries

Use the Contact page for questions about the menu, allergens, access, or collection times. We reply during shop hours. No payment is taken through an enquiry and no pizza is held aside until you order.

Phone and platform orders

When you order, the person taking the order confirms the size, toppings, price, estimated time, and delivery address. If you order through a third-party platform, that platform's checkout, fees, and cancellation rules apply alongside these website terms.

Prices and eligibility

Prices shown on this informational site are a guide. The confirmed total, including any delivery charge, is given at ordering. Delivery eligibility depends on distance, order size, and current demand around Croydon, so check before you travel or invite guests.

Intellectual property

Text, images and branding on this site belong to their respective owners. You may view and print pages for personal use, for example to show the menu to family or to keep an allergen note.

You may not reproduce site content for commercial purposes without permission. That includes copying photographs, menu text, or page layouts onto another website, leaflet, or delivery listing.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content. If you make travel plans or place a large order based on website information, confirm details with the shop first.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time, for example when contact details, opening hours, or the way enquiries are handled change. The version published on this page applies from the date it is posted. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms. If you keep a printed copy for your records, check the date at the top of this page against your copy.
